I'm sitting in the studio alone, ambivalent about whether to express outrage, horror and sadness for the state of the world, or to attempt to offer a message of hope, peace and optimism.  It's like trying to draw blood from a stone during a landslide. 

The only thing we have to make this great sadness bearable is love for each other…

‘Sparrow’ is complete - going through mastering now and will likely be released in early August, right behind ‘Crawl’.  I'm working my way towards being able to track vocals again - it's been about three weeks.
